ℹ Finding your HIN
The Hull Identification Number (HIN) is a 12-character code on the rear right (starboard) side of the hull, near the waterline. You'll need it if you contact us to request a part, claim warranty, or register your kayak.

Can't find your part above?

  1. Take a clear photo of the broken or missing area.
  2. Note your HIN (rear starboard hull) and your Academy receipt or order number.
  3. Submit a parts request at: [Parts request form — coming soon]
  4. We'll identify the part and ship it — most in-stock items within 1–2 business days.
