All the blem boats are New Boats and come from factory wrapped, they are Second quality but not specified with the defect(s); normally this could be some visible imperfection in the deck or hull, or a uniform plastic thickness of the shell of the boat, but is not too weak to cause issues and nothing compromizing safety, otherwise we would not sell it. 

Unfortunately because they are wrapped, we cannot be very specific at this time. If you come to our showroom and make a special appointment, you can then have a look yourself with one of our staff.
