What is a Prop 65 or Proposition 65 warning for plastic kayaks sold in USA?


This warning is required by State of California for state retailers  or those that ship direct to a seller from out of country or out of state.  The warning is required by law for any product that may emit harmful chemical exposure.  Plastic kayaks containing High Density Polytethylene are included in this list.  You can learn more about this here.
