What are the different Mako versions? Regular, Angler, Heavy Duty.
Currently there is only one version in production for standard release and that is the regular version. If you are able to find the other versions...
The Angler version has additional fishing accessories:
- Bait bucket and tackle box inside the 8" deck plate
- Swivel/adjustable rod holder
- Anchor cleat
- Reflective line going through the anchor cleat to anchor hook
The Heavy Duty version has additional plastic which adds weight but is stronger; ideal for rentals.
Makos are also available in standard rotomolded polyethylene plastic and thermoformed ABS plastic. More info here at Riot Kayaks
