How do I test my kayak for leaks for a warranty issue? These are the steps to do a water test.

Here is a way to do a water test on your kayak to show where it leaks. All you have to do is fill the kayak up with some water through one of the hatches while it is on flat ground. Concrete usually works the best because you can see the water. Then leave the kayak on the ground for about an hour and watch if any water leaks out. If it does, just take some pictures or a video and send it over to me. If that does not work I have also attached a video below that describes how to find a leak using air / soapy water.

Once you know where it leaks, then can take the next steps to repair yourself or ask our Customer Service team how to repair or claim it as a warranty issue.

Here is a video to review which demonstrates how to locate the leak.
