Returns Policy
Cancellation:
You may cancel your order for a full refund before it has been prepared
for shipment at warehouse. You may email
us at info@boutiqueborealdesign.com to see if your order can still be
cancelled. After an order has been
packaged and scheduled for pick up with freight company you will no longer be
able to cancel your order. At this point
you will have to return your order once you receive it.
Returns: We accept returns for a period of 15 days from
receiving boat. The product must be
returned in new condition in its complete packaging for a refund. Canoes and kayaks and paddleboards that have
been used or damaged will not be accepted. You may receive a partial or no
refund on used, damaged or materially different returns. Expect 25-45 business days for item to be
delivered back to our Kayak Distribution warehouse. You are responsible paying return shipping
costs. Kayak Distribution’s is not
responsible for loss or damaged items in transit.

1) To complete your return, submit a
proof of purchase and reason why you are returning product by emailing info@boutiqueborealdesign.com
to receive your authorization confirmation.
2) Pack the item securely and include
the original packaging. We ask that you
send us a few photos of the packaged up item to ensure to our shipping company
that it is ready to go.
3) Include proof of purchase plus your
name, address, email, phone number and return authorization number.
4) Attach a return shipping label to
your package:
Receiving
your Refund: Once
your return is received and inspected (expect 25-45 days once picked up from
your location to be delivered back to us), we will send you an email to notify
you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the
approval or rejection of your refund. If
you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will
automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment,
within 5 business days. We will reimburse (less any original shipping fees and
a 15% restocking fee) on the method or payment that was used to pay.

1. Product Cost $800 plus tax
2. Shipping $235
3. Restocking Fee: $120
4. Refund: $445. Plus tax
Late or
missing refunds (if applicable)
· It can take up to 14 business days
for your refund to be processed.
· If you haven’t received a refund after
14 days or us confirming approval of your refund, first check your bank account
again.
· Then contact your credit card
company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
