Shipping Policy for Online Kayak, Canoe and SUP Orders.

  1. Kayaks, Canoe and SUP’s are sent as freight
  2. Please allow 15-20 business days. Business days exclude Saturdays and Sundays.   This is the amount of time it takes for us to schedule the pick up to leave our warehouse and deliver it to you.  Packaging may require extra time to prepare your kayak.
  3.  Once it leaves our warehouse, you will receive an email with tracking information and an estimated delivery time.  Please note transit times varies due to many factors and is not guaranteed. 
  4. The average time frame for this shipping is an estimated range based on your location and other contributing factors but typically 10-15 days from the time it leaves our warehouse.
We ship to most provinces in Canada with exception of the Canadian Territories of NWT, Yukon and Nunavut and some rural postal codes - view list of exceptions here.

Other important details:
  1. To facilitate a timely delivery please provide accurate contact info and address information that we relay to the freight company. 
  2. Tracking of your shipment will be provided to you by Kayak Distribution.  
  3.  Freight company will likely call you 24-48 hours in advance of delivering and pre-schedule the delivery with you.
  4. Typically, carriers require a minimum four-hour window for delivery.
  5. An adult older than age 18 must be present and available to sign for the delivery.
