The screw to install the pedals on my Impulse Drive is stuck / threads are stripped. What do I do?

1) Notify us here of this issue and parts you need and then follow the following steps:

Important:  Left side of drive  is a reverse thread,  Turning to the right loosens it and left tightens it.

2) Use Allen key tool provided or vice grips to remove the stuck screw, and we will send you a new screw if thread of the upper drive shaft isn't damaged or stripped 

IF you are unable to undo the stuck screw:

3) Cut off head of screw, (using  a metal or hack saw)

a) Open up upper casing of impulse drive (undo bolts holding it together),

b) Remove upper drive shaft metal part and replace it.

We will ship you:

a) New K0082 Upper Gear Assembly Kit

b) New screw (Left one only but maybe the right one too just in case)

4) Install new Upper Drive Shaft into the upper gear

1. re-attach upper casing of impulse drive
   
2. install pedals
   
3. install screws and remember Left side is Left to tighten and Right to loosen.
